Description:

Manufactured in 1931. Blade front and folding ladder rear sights with a P.J. O'Hare rear sight cover and small "star gauge" stamp on the front of the muzzle and "SA/bomb/7-32" on the barrel behind the front sight. Standard markings on the receiver with a matching numbered "NS" and "S" marked bolt, and two small drilled and tapped holes on the right side of the receiver for a sight with filler screws. Smooth "C" type stock with a deep pistol grip, "D28179" stamped on top of the handguard, with a boxed "SA/SPG" cartouche on the left, and two circled "P" proofs on the wrist, and matching serial numbers correctly stamped on the underside (underbelly) of the stock with a flat checkered steel buttplate. With unmarked leather sling.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. 90% original blue and dark parkerized finishes remain with edge wear, handling marks overall, and some small scratches and dings. The reoiled stock very fine with clear markings, and some small dings. Mechanically excellent.
