Manufactured in 1918. Blade front and flat top notch rear sights, the two-line/two-block address and patent dates divided by the Rampant Colt on the left side of the slide, the Army nomenclature on the reverse, and a "United States Property" marked frame with "eagle/S8" inspection mark. Fitted with a long smooth trigger, wide checkered hammer, short grip safety, smooth mainspring housing, an unmarked pinned base two-tone magazine, and a "P/H" marked Colt barrel.

Very fine, with 99% of the professionally restore military brush blue finish, showing some mild spotting concentrated on the grip straps and some light handling marks. The grips are fine, with some light dings. Mechanically excellent.
