Description:

Manufactured in 1945. Blade front and flat top rear sights, with the two-line, two-block markings divided by the Rampant Colt on the left side of the slide and a "G.H.D." inspected frame with "P/VP" and "74" on the trigger guard. Fitted with a thin checkered hammer, short stamped trigger, long grip safety, arched checkered mainspring housing, reinforced Colt grips, full blue "R" magazine, and a blue barrel with a boxed "C" mark on the right side of the lug, and "P" on the left.

Rating Definition:

Very fine with 90% of the original dark green parkerized finish remaining, mild edge wear, surface scratches, and handling marks overall. Slide and frame markings are light though legible. Grips are very fine with small nicks and dings. Mechanically excellent.
