Barrel marked "RA/flaming bomb/6-42" with fixed blade front and fully adjustable ladder rear sights, standard receiver markings, correct "R" marked, solid milled trigger guard, milled "R" marked barrel bands, and "R" stamped bolt. Straight grip "S" type stock without finger grooves with the "crossed cannons" and "RLB" inspection marks on the left side above the trigger, sub inspection stamps ahead of the floor plate, and circled "P" proof on the wrist. With a flat checkered buttplate with trap. With leather sling.

Excellent. 97% plus original gray/green parkerized finish remains with sharp markings, handling marks overall, and a few small dings. The wood is very fine as re-oiled with slightly light inspection marks, small dings throughout, and some deeper dents near the butt. Mechanically excellent.
