This is a highly desirable rifle made by the Valmet arms factory in Finland and imported by Interarms. This is the semi-automatic, commercial version of Finnish Army M62 automatic rifle. These have the desirable milled receiver and plastic covered tubular steel buttstock with a stamped steel buttplate. Fitted with a post front and tangent peep rear sight, three-prong wire-cutting flash hider, bayonet lug, ribbed and vented handguard. The receiver is marked with model/import markings and dated "1965" on the left side. With bayonet, sheath, and sling.

Excellent. 98% plus original dark blue finish remains with handling marks throughout, small line under the safety lever, and some scratches and dings on the stock tube. Grip and forearm set are also excellent with some small dings. Mechanically excellent.
