Description:

The Model 1873 has "US" on the ribbed walnut handle and the upper left corner of the scabbard. The Model 1880 has "3719" on one side of the guard and "U.S./SPRINGFIELD" on the other. It comes with a Model 1890 pattern scabbard with hook hanger marked "RIA".

Rating Definition:

Both are fine with some faint pitting and light scratches on the blades, mild storage wear on the handles and scabbards, and crisp markings.
