Manufactured in 1906. This revolver is 1 of only 90 Bisley Model revolvers to be chambered in 44 Russian caliber. The top of the barrel is marked with the one-line Hartford address, the left side is marked "(BISLEY MODEL) RUSSIAN CTG." The left side of the frame is marked with the two-line, three patent dates followed by the circled Rampant Colt. The frame and hammer are casehardened and the remainder blue. Serial numbers match on frame, trigger guard and back strap. "210" assembly number is stamped on the loading gate. Wide low hammer spur, wide trigger and characteristic "humpback" grip. Fitted with smooth grips with added Colt medallions.

Fine with 50% plus original blue finish remaining with a smooth gray patina on the balance. There is some minor oxidation on the barrel, and some light spotting and minor pitting on the cylinder. 30% of the original faded case colors remain on the frame with a mottled gray patina on the balance. The replacement grips are slightly undersized on the right side at the back strap, and remain very good with a few minor scratches and a mellow patina. The markings are clear. The action is excellent.
