Manufactured in 1912. Fixed sights, with the two-line/two-block address and patent dates on the left side of the slide with the Rampant Colt behind the serrations and standard caliber markings below the ejection port. The trigger guard is marked "VP" and "R" on the left side, with a niter blue trigger and thumb safety. The replacement grips are of a deluxe style, with fine checkering, smooth scalloped borders, and a set of "front facing" Colt medallions. An unmarked full blue magazine.

Excellent, with 95% of the bright original high polish blue finish, showing a number of light scratches and dings, along with some wear on the high edges and some spotting concentrated in the slide serrations. The revarnished grips are fine with some mild dings. Mechanically excellent.
