Description:

The revolver has standard S&W markings with "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" on the barrel underside and correct military inspection and proofmarks. Matching serial numbers are found on the butt, barrel, cylinder and right grip panel. The assembly number "14654" is stamped on the yoke and crane.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. 95% original blue finish remains with sharp markings, light edge wear, handling marks mostly visible on the back strap and butt, and a light cylinder drag line. The grips are very fine with small dings throughout. Mechanically excellent.
