Manufactured in 1942, and subsequently upgraded to M1D specifications with a "6-52" dated M1D barrel with integral scope mount point, and fixed blade front and adjustable peep rear sights. With a Springfield bolt, operating rod and hammer, "W.R.A." marked trigger group, and "HRA" marked safety. Standard pistol grip stock with a single circled "P" proof on the grips, "RA" Raritan arsenal inspection stamp, and partial boxed "SA" stamp on the left side of the butt. Rifle includes multiple items in sealed sleeves and paper wrapping, accessories include scope and mount, cheek pad, sling, cleaning kit, cleaning tools, and conical flash hider. Accessories are in original sealed packages. Also includes a CMP shipping box.

Very fine as arsenal upgraded to M1D configuration with 98% plus dark green parkerized finish, some light handling marks, and some small dings on the stock. Mechanically excellent.
