Manufactured in the early 1970s. Dual bead sights on the matte rib with 2 3/4 inch chambers, ejectors, standard barrel markings and Belgian proofs, and skeet/skeet chokes. Coin gray receiver with full coverage fine floral and scroll engraving surrounding hunting dog scenes on the sides, a pair of quail on the underside, and two pheasants on the trigger guard. The right side is signed "GCARGNEL" in the lower right corner. Single gold washed trigger and tang mounted safety/selector switch. Checkered forearm with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with a plastic Browning buttplate. The extra barrels are both 26 inches with vent ribs, skeet/skeet chokes, independent forearms, matching engraving, and matching serial numbers. The .410 barrel set has 3 inch chambers, and the 28 gauge set has 2 3/4 inch chambers. 20 gauge barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .623/.623 inch; minimum wall thickness .038/.038 inch; drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 2 1/4 inches; length of pull 14 1/2 inches. With Browning takedown case.

Excellent. 99% original blue finish remains with just a few very light surface scratches. The receiver has some small patches of a slightly darker patina and light handling marks. The wood is also excellent with crisp checkering and some small dings. Mechanically excellent. Extra barrel sets are excellent with 99% original blue finish. The 28 gauge set does have some deeper scratches at the tip of the forend. Case is good with some separated interior pieces, and scuffs on the exterior.
