Manufactured in 1978. Standard markings of a Colt third generation single action army revolver. With stag grips and otherwise standard features. With original box, an unopened box of Y.O. Ranch issued centennial 45 caliber ammo, unmarked wood display case with red velvet lining. Includes a letter on Y.O. Ranch stationary stating that this revolver and another were part of a group of guns purchased in 1980 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Y.O. Ranch. The letter is signed by Chas. Schreiner III.

Excellent overall, retains 99% plus original blue/casehardened finish with a few very light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is good with some mild wear and a few tears that have been repaired with tape. The display case is excellent with a few light handling marks.
