John Martz is best known for his alterations and upgrades of Luger and P-38 pistols. Manufactured using a combination of new-made components and vintage Luger parts, this pistol follows the overall pattern of a Second Model Navy Luger and integrates the Martz Safe Toggle Release upgrade. Two-position notch rear sight with "100" and "200" graduations. Small "crown" proof on the left side of the breechblock, "DWM" on front toggle link, and "MSTR" and "JVM" on the left side of the frame. Fitted with a pair of fancy "JVM" marked checkered grips and a nickel finished magazine with a concentric circle decorated "JVM" marked walnut base.

Near mint, with 98% plus quality custom blue finish, showing some mild spotting around the front sight and scattered handling marks. The grips are also near mint, with fine grain and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
