Manufactured from 1931-1941. Standard S&W markings, pinned blade front and adjustable square notch rear sights, standard checkered grips numbered to a different gun, and matching serial numbers on the butt, cylinder and ejector shroud.

Excellent. The revolver retains 95% original blue finish with mild holster type wear, a few patches of patina from cleaning and a cylinder drag line. There is a series of long scratches on the underside of the ejector shroud. 95% original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are fine with some minor-moderate pressure dents (mostly on the bottoms) and some nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
