Manufactured from 1950 to 1961. It has standard S&W markings, micrometer click rear sight, unnumbered Magna grips, and matching serial numbers on the butt, ejector shroud, and cylinder. The box is numbered to the gun. Also comes with later S&W walnut target grips (lacks screw) and Murad plastic thumbrest grips with floral motif and 4 half moon clips.

Excellent. The revolver retains 98% original blue finish showing minor wear at the sides of the muzzle and a cylinder drag line. Nearly all original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. Mechanically excellent. The box is excellent showing minimal wear.
