Manufactured in 1951. Standard S&W markings, adjustable square notch rear sight, and matching serial numbers on the butt, right grip panel, cylinder and barrel. Comes with the original gold box.

Excellent. The revolver retains 95% plus original blue finish showing some thinning to brown mostly on the cylinder. Nearly all original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are also excellent with a couple minor handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is very fine showing some scattered minor wear.
