Blade front and two-position notch rear sights, with the second pattern "army" style safety lever configuration. The chamber is undated, with a set of "crown" firing proofs on the barrel, extension and breechblock, two "crown/M" stamps on the left side of the receiver and one on the underside of the barrel. "GELADEN" is marked on the extractor and "GESICHERT" on the upper safety position, with straw finished small parts, a pair of checkered grips, and a nickel finished magazine with "crown/M" and "9889" restamped on the wood base. Included with the pistol is a hardwood board stock, re-numbered "9889/a" on the iron, stamped "crown/M" on the otherwise blank stock disc, and fitted with a leather holster retention strap.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear, spotting and handling marks overall, with a few small patches of deeper pitting on the front strap and muzzle. 30% of the straw color is present, with a lightly spotted gray patina on the remainder. The grips are good, with some flat spots and dings, and the magazine markings have been altered. The stock is good, with a restruck serial number, mild dings and scuffs, and some cracking and verdigris buildup on the leather. Mechanically excellent.
