Blade front and 1000 meter tangent rear sights, with "crown/crown/U" proofs on the left chamber flat, the Mauser Oberndorf address on top of the chamber and on the right side of the frame, and a "NS" new safety marking on the small ring hammer. Fitted with a pair of 32-groove grips, which are numbered to match on the interior. A hardwood shoulder stock, numbered "781" and stamped "MADE IN GERMANY", is included, as is a cleaning rod and a brown leather stock harness marked "F.W.KINKEL/MAINZ/1916" on the rear. replacement shoulder stock marked "455 1 FA 927" on top of the iron is also included.

Fine with 60% of the faded original blue finish, showing bright wear along the edges and on the underside of the barrel, areas of brown patina, and scattered spotting and handling marks. The grips are very good, with moderate wear and some light chips. The lightly varnished stock and harness are both very good, with a repaired split in the mouth and mild scuffs and dents. Mechanically very good.
