Manufactured in 1927. Standard barrel markings, Winchester oval proof on the barrel and receiver, and the upper tang has the three-line trade mark information. It is fitted with Lyman beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sights and straight grip stock with serrated steel buttplate.

Exceptionally fine. The rifle retains 85% plus original blue finish showing some areas thinning to a brown and some gray patina mixed with original blue on the buttplate. There is a series of minor scratches near the muzzle and couple patches of minor pitting. The wood is excellent with a sizeable horizontal dent on the forearm, otherwise some scattered mild-minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
