The Model 61 Magnum was only manufactured circa 1960 to 1963 after the .22 Win. Mag. was developed in 1959. The rifle has standard markings including the Winchester factory oval proof on the barrel and receiver and dovetailed blade and elevation adjustable sights. Stocked with highly figured, deluxe checkered walnut featuring a hard rubber factory grip pad and factory plastic buttplate. The accompanying reproduction hanging tag is ink stamped "DELUXE" and "SELECT WOOD." The reproduction matching box has the same stamped markings and contains the cardboard inserts, packing paper and instructions.

Very fine as custom upgraded. The rifle retains 99% original blue finish showing some light cycling marks. The custom wood is also very fine showing only the slightest handling marks and crisp checkering. The reproduction box is very fine showing some staining only on the interior of the lid and minimal handling/storage marks.
