Manufactured in 1947. Barrel marked "Model 61-22 S.L. or L.R.," a factory oval proof on the barrel (double struck) and receiver, dovetailed blade and elevation adjustable rear sights, 17 groove forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine. The rifle retains 95% plus original blue finish showing some minor muzzle wear and minor cycling wear. There is some surface oxidation on the buttplate. The wood is very fine with some chipping near the tangs and some minor-moderate dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
