Manufactured in 1892. Single bead sight on the matte concave rib marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN CONN. TWIST". With 2 5/8 inch chambers, single extractor, and cylinder/modified chokes. Standard markings on the barrel flats and water table with matching visible serial numbers. Receiver has light border engraving with flourishes of light scroll accenting. With double triggers, early style "crooked" break lever, and automatic safety switch. Checkered splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with hard rubber grip cap, blank initial shield, and Parker Brothers "dogs head" buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .753/.753 inch; minimum wall thickness .038/.038 inch; drop at comb 1 3/4 inches; drop at heel 3 inches; length of pull 14 inches.

Fine. The barrels have an overall mottled gray/brown patina with visible twist patterns, some small dings along the rib edge, and light scratches throughout. The receiver has 10% original case colors in the protected areas with the balance a smooth gray/brown with well-defined engraving, some light spotting and handling marks overall. The wood is also fine with well-defined, mildly worn checkering, small dents throughout, and tight fit. Mechanically excellent.
