Description:

Fourteen inch clip point blade, marked "A(star)1/WEYERSBERG/HERMANOS/UHLIGS - SOLINGEN" and "No. 546" on the left ricasso, below the 7 1/2 inch acid etched panel with scroll decoration and "VIVA CUBA" in large letters. With a "S" shaped dual quillon cross guard, silver spacer, and a horn grip with inlays. Original brown leather sheath with floral tooling, nickel tip, and silver shield. Believed by the consignor to be the property of a Cuban "Insurrecto" freedom fighter; further research could generate interesting results.

Rating Definition:

Excellent overall with minor spotting, handling marks and moderate wear on the sheath.
