The included Ruger Collector's Association letter states the revolver was shipped in January of 1963 as a model BKH34. With wide base serrated ramp front and Micro adjustable rear notch sights, second style frame with integral frame ribs, type 3 straight cut ejector rod housing, type 3 ejector rod with flat round head, blue serrated hammer with polished sides, and second style aluminum alloy grip frame. The grip frame is anodized black, and the balance is blue. With unnumbered correct model factory box and papers.

Excellent. 90% plus original blue and black finish remains with some muzzle and edge wear, visible cylinder drag line, some thinning on the cylinder, small scattered scratches, and fading on the grip frame. Grips are very good with numerous small dings. Mechanically excellent. Box is good with corner and edge wear, and some peeling.
