Description:

Manufactured in the mid-19th century. Many pinfire revolvers were imported and used by both sides during the Civil War. The only markings aside from the Liege proofmarks are some small "MM" stamps, an "MC" stamp on the bottom of the barrel lug, and a small "2" near the base of the ejector. It has a bead style blade front sight, hammer groove rear sight, smooth grips, and a lanyard loop.

Rating Definition:

Fine overall with 40% original blue finish on the cylinder, traces elsewhere, some light oxidation, primarily smooth brown patina, scattered pressure marks and scratches on the grips, and mild overall wear. Mechanically fine.
