Matching full serial numbers are found on the barrel, frame, trigger guard and back strap, and matching partial serial numbers are on the cylinder, arbor pin, and grip (5084). The barrel and cylinder have the high polished blue finish, the loading lever, hammer and frame are casehardened, and the brass grip straps are plated in silver. Fitted with a one-piece varnished walnut grip.

Rating Definition:

Very good, retains strong traces original blue finish on the barrel, refinished frame and cylinder with the balance a grey/brown patina. The grip straps are brass with some patches of age darkening. The grips are very good with some moderate wear and handling marks and strong areas of original varnish. Mechanically excellent.
