Manufactured in 1895. The top of the barrel is marked with the two-line address and patent dates just ahead of the rear sight, and the left side of the barrel is marked "44 Cal." The Rampant Colt trademark and the saddle ring and stud are on the left side of the frame. A sling swivel is fitted to the bottom of the magazine. It has a plain stock and forearm.

Very fine with 75% original blue finish, strong original case colors on the right side of the hammer, moderate scratches and marks concentrated on the frame, some small patches oxidation, and mild overall wear. The re-oiled wood is very good with minor scrapes and dings. Mechanically excellent.
