Description:

This is a 1/3 scale functional copy of the Colt-Gatling Model 1874. It is hand marked with manufacturer markings including the date April 22, 1982, on the bottom of the action. "115" is marked on most of the components of the gun and its carriage. It has all the features of a full sized Gatling gun including the plaque with Gatling and Colt markings on the top of the action and a scaled down Broadwell magazine. The carriage measures 18 inches tall at the wheels and 21 inches wide across the axle and is constructed of hardwood with brass hardware.

Rating Definition:

Very fine overall with the metal mostly bright with some minor surface oxidation on the barrels and aged patina forming on the brass. There is a spot weld on part of the elevation mechanism that may be from when it was originally manufactured and mild wear from firing. Mechanically excellent. This is a beautiful hand crafted example of a classic American firearm.
