TRIEBEL AUGSBURG" with double claw scope mounts, standard proofs on the flats, 2 7/8 inch chambers, single extractor, and cylinder chokes. Game scene engraved receiver with a stag on the right, and game bird on the left. The lock plates are also engraved with a roe deer on the right and a fox on the left. The balance features fine leafy scroll. With dual triggers (front is set trigger), tang selector/rear sight lifter, and flip up rear peep sight. Smooth forearm and buttstock with chamois engraved cartridge trap and checkered horn buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .630/.630 inch; minimum wall thickness .027/.020 inch; drop at comb 1 5/8 inches; drop at heel 3 1/4 inches; length of pull 14 inches.

Fine as refinished. 50% of the blue finish remains on the barrels with light markings, some pitting, edge wear, and gray patina. The receiver and locks are mostly gray with well-defined engraving and some small nicks and light spotting. The refinished wood is fine with dings and dents throughout and light chipping around the locks. Mechanically very good. The pin for the tang sight is absent.
