Manufactured in 1966.This is a very fine example of a master engraved Browning Diana grade Superposed shotgun featuring full coverage fine scroll engraving surrounding highly detailed game bird scenes on the receiver sides, two quail on the underside, and a pair of rabbits on the trigger guard. Both sides of the receiver are signed "F. MARECHAL". The barrels have a single bead sight on the matte rib, standard markings and proofs, 3 inch chambers, and full/modified chokes. The action has a gold washed trigger and tang mounted safety/selector switch. With multi-point checkered forearm with matching engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with a Browning buttplate. Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 1/4 inches; drop at heel 2 1/8 inches; length of pull 14 inches.

Near new with a few light handling marks on the receiver and trigger. The wood is excellent with attractive figure, crisp checkering, and some small dings. Mechanically excellent.
