Manufactured in the 1960s, the "M21" marked Type 56s were intended for export, with many winding up in Vietnam. Post front and tangent rear sights, and matching serial numbers on the receiver, bolt carrier, dust cover magazine, trigger guard and buttstock. Fitted with a canvas sling and a hinged knife bayonet.

Excellent, with 98% plus of the original blue finish, showing some minor takedown lines on the receiver and mild handling marks. The stock is also excellent, with a few light scuffs in the varnish. Mechanically excellent.
