Manufactured by Remington circa 1914-1915 on contract for the French government. Standard sights. Marked "Remington Mle 1907-15" on the left side of the receiver and "RAC 1907-15" on the right side of the barrel. Smooth straight grip stock with grasping grooves, sling swivel on the underside of the buttstock, and a smooth metal buttplate.

Excellent, with 95% plus of the original blue finish, showing a brown patina on the barrel bands, mixed brown and gray on the bolt, and minor spotting and handling marks overall. The stock is also excellent, with some mild scattered storage dings. The front sling ring is absent, and some of the screws are turned or replaced. Mechanically excellent.
