Dated "1938" on the chamber, and the "S/42" code on the toggle. "Eagle/63" and "droop wing eagle" proofs on the right side of the barrel extension and on the barrel, with the firing proof repeated on the breechblock, and "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" on the upper safety area and extractor, respectively. Matching numbers, checkered hardwood grips and blue magazine with aluminum base. Included with the pistol is a second blued/alloy magazine, numbered "9548/b" and marked "+", an "eagle/63" marked blued steel takedown tool, and a brown leather C. Weiss holster marked "WaA350" and "1938" on the rear.

Excellent, with 95% plus of the blue finish, showing areas of brown patina on the grip straps, holster edge wear, and handling marks. The extra magazine is dented on the lower left forward side. The grips are also excellent, with some minor dings. The holster is fine, with cracking and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
