Fixed sights, with "1940" on the chamber and "42" on the top of the toggle. External numbers are matching. Two "eagle/655" proofs and one "eagle/swastika" firing proof are marked on the right side of the receiver. A smaller "eagle/swastika" firing proof is on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechblock. A smaller "eagle/655" proof is on the upper left side of the barrel. The safety and extractor are marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" respectively. Fitted with checkered grips. Both of the included magazines are blued with alloy bases, marked "5708" and "eagle/655", the spare also marked "+". With a brown leather holster, marked "KARL BOCKER/1940" and "WaA195" on the rear, with a blued steel "eagle/655" takedown tool.

Very fine, with 85% plus of the original blue, showing some bright edge wear, handling marks and spotting. The blue has a streaked appearance on the grip frame, with a thumb-width patch of deep pitting on the front strap. The grips are excellent, with some dark spots and dings. The holster is fine, with extensive cracking on the main body and scattered scuffing. Mechanically excellent.
