Dated 1938 on the chamber, with the "S/42" code on the toggle. "Eagle/83," "Eagle/63" and "droop wing eagle" proofs on the right side of the barrel extension and on the barrel, with the firing proof on the left side of the breechblock, and "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" on the upper safety area and extractor, respectively. Checkered hardwood grips and blue magazine with matching alloy base. With a brown leather flap holster dated "1938" and marked "WILH.BRAND/HEIDELBERG" and "WaA204" on the back, an unmarked blued takedown tool, and a second blued alloy base magazine.

Very fine, with 85% plus of the blue, showing bright edge wear, scattered handling marks and mild spotting overall. Brown streaking is visible on the grip frame. The grips are also very fine, with some scattered dings. The bottom of the second magazine is dented up as if it were once used in lieu of a hammer. The holster is very good, with some cracking and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
