Manufactured in 1894. It has standard Winchester markings and a Lyman dovetailed blade front sight (blade cut off) and adjustable buckhorn notch rear sight. Mounted on a smooth forearm straight grip stock with a crescent buttplate.

Very good, with traces of original blue finish in sheltered areas of the magazine and barrel and faint traces of original case colors in sheltered areas of the hammer and lever with the balance a mixture of polished bright and a smooth grey patina. There are a couple small patches of oxidation on the buttplate. The wood is good with numerous minor dings, dents, and divots and a crack in either side of the toe of the buttstock.
