Manufactured in 1900 and subsequently returned to the factory given the presence of the "WP" proof on the top of the receiver. It is equipped with a windgauge globe front sight, Winchester A5 scope mounted on blocks on the barrel, tang mounted Vernier peep sight, close coupled set triggers, and standard sporting stock and forearm with ebony insert and steel rifle buttplate. No caliber marking is visible, and the bottom of the barrel has "WCF" overstamped over "32-40."

Very good as modified with 50% original blue finish on the frame, spots of chemical discoloration between the scope mounts and ahead of the forearm on the relined refinished barrel, light edge wear, light scratches on the receiver, patches of minor pitting, and general minor marks and scratches on the wood and metal. Mechanically excellent. The scope has clear optics.
