Made in 1913, shortly before the Bisley Model was discontinued. Blade and notch sights, with the one-line address on top of the barrel and "(BISLEY MODEL) 32 W.C.F." on the left side. Casehardened frame with two line, three date patent markings and uncircled Rampant Colt on the left side, and the trigger guard is marked "VP" and "1" on the left side. Checkered hard rubber grips in the "humpback" configuration, with Rampant Colt logos at the top, hand-numbered to match on the interior.

Very good, with 30% of the original blue finish, showing a solid brown patina on the grip frame, mixed brown and gray on the barrel, ejector housing and cylinder, and shallow pitting and handling marks overall. Traces of original case color are present in the protected areas of the frame. Grips are also very good, with a few light scratches and dings. Mechanically good, with the hammer sitting low in the safety notch and minor play in the cylinder.
