Blade and notch sights, with engraving and silver maker's plate near the breech, and a 29 1/2" section of geometric engraved brass banding in the center. Snaphaunce lock plate is engraved and inlaid with engraved silver plates, with a sliding flash pan cover and square jawed hammer. Smooth straight grip stock, with a wood ramrod, silver vine, scroll and floral wire inlay, brass trigger guard, contoured thumbrest wrist, and flared "fishtail" butt.

Very good, with a mixed patina on the barrel and lock components. A small amount of metal is absent from the flash pan, and some areas of pitting are visible. Stock is good, with some chips and pressure dents. Bone buttplate is fine with attractive color and grain. Mechanically fine.
