Description:

Developed early in the 1900s by Edwin Anson, son of William Anson (of Anson and Deeley shotgun fame), the Westley Richards "Highest Possible" is credited as one of Great Britain's first strong entries into the airgun market. The entire grip section acts as the cocking lever, with an additional fold-out extension on the back strap to assist the user. Sights are fixed, and it has a set of "WR" imprints on the smooth horn grips.

Rating Definition:

Good, with 70% of the period applied, retailer nickel finish, with scattered flaking, a mixed patina on the exposed steel, and mild handling marks. The grips show some light wear and scratches. Mechanically untested, but appears to be in good order.
