The top of the barrel is signed "WATSON BROS OLD BOND STREET LONDON," the left barrel flat is marked "22," and the underside of the barrel is marked "506." A London proof mark is stamped on the left side of the barrel and frame. Belgian proofs are stamped on the barrel lug and barrel release. Equipped with pin head front and adjustable rear sights. The trigger and off-set hammer spur are bright nickel, the frame is casehardened, and the remaining surfaces are blue. Fitted with finely checkered grips numbered "506" on the backs. Comes in a partitioned oak case featuring a Watson Brothers paper label on the interior of the lid, green velour lining, and brass hardware. The case holds the following accessories: brass cleaning rod with brush attachment, package of Winchester .22 Conical Ball Cap Rimfire cartridges, and glass oiler. With a heritage dating back to 1885, Watson Brothers continue to build fine firearms "almost entirely by hand" with operations still based in London.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, retaining 97% original blue finish with loss mostly on the trigger guard. 90% vivid original case colors remain on the frame. The grips are also excellent showing very minimal handling evidence and crisp checkering overall. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine showing minor handling/storage wear and a loose partition wall.
