Blued barrels with doll's head extension and single bead sight on the smooth concave rib marked "WESTLEY RICHARDS & Co. LONDON", extended 3 inch chambers (proved at 2 1/2), automatic ejectors, Birmingham nitro reproof marks on the flats, and modified/improved modified chokes. The receiver is engraved with fine English scroll designs, standard maker's marks on the side and "WESTLEY RICHARDS/EJECTOR" patent marking on top of the break lever. With double triggers and automatic tang safety with gold inlaid "SAFE." Checkered splinter forearm and nicely figured straight grip stock with blank silver initial oval and leather wrapped recoil pad. Barrel and stock dimensions are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech, proved at .626 and measuring .627/.629 inch; minimum wall thickness .021/.018 inch; chokes; 612/.604 inch; drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches.

Fine. 95% plus restored blue finish remains on the barrels with some traces of edge wear, light handling marks overall, and two small carefully filled holes on the underside of the rib where a sling swivel was removed. The receiver has 50% original case colors with attractive silver/gray patina around the edges, and fine, crisp engraving. The wood is also very fine with attractive grain and figure, small dings, well-defined checkering, and a small filled hole along the toe line. Mechanically excellent.
