Very good. The shortened barrels have been professionally sleeved and refinished with most of the rust blue finish remaining, some small dings, and light forearm marks. There is visible Damascus pattern on the breech flats. The receiver and locks have a mostly gray patina with traces of original case colors, light cleaning marks, complete crystal indicators, and fine engraving. The replacement buttstock is fine with crisp checkering and some small dings. Mechanically excellent.
