The receiver is floral and scroll engraved with "HOLLAND & HOLLAND" in banners on the sides. Automatic sliding tang safety with gold inlaid "SAFE". Checkered forearm with engraved fittings and horn forend tip, and pistol grip stock with engraved steel grip cap, raised cheekpiece, blank silver initial oval, and serrated bare butt. With leather bound takedown case, cleaning rod heads, and four boxes of Kynoch 295/300 ammunition (one partial three empty).

Very good. Traces of original blue finish remains with mostly brown patina overall distinct markings, areas of surface spotting and light pitting, and edge wear. The receiver has a mostly gay patina with some light spotting, crisp engraving, and handling marks overall. The wood is also fine with worn checkering, attractive color and grain, and small dings throughout. Mechanically fine. Case is fair with scuffs and dings throughout, age cracking, wear and staining on the interior, and separated handle (inside case).
