NEW YORK" on a Mauser Model 98 action with stippled receiver ring, Griffin & Howe left side scope mount with Weaver K6 scope, jewelled bolt, extractor, follower and receiver rail; Lyman receiver sight base installed on the bridge, Model 70 style safety, and knurled engraved bolt handle knob. Attractive multi-point checkered Mannlicher style stock with steel nose and grip caps, raised cheekpiece, gold initial oval inscribed "TGP" in fancy script, and leather wrapped recoil pad.

Very fine as custom built by Griffin & Howe with 98% blue finish remains with a few scattered light handling marks. The stock is excellent with crisp checkering, a few small dings, and wear on the leather wrapped pad. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with light handling marks and clear optics.
