The receiver is engraved with fine floral and scroll designs with gold highlighted game bird scenes on the side plates of quail on the right, grouse on the left, and a single pheasant on the underside. The plates have standard maker's marks and "MAGNUS" is marked on the underside. Single adjustable trigger and tang safety/selector switch. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with solid Kick Eez recoil pad. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .622/.621 inch; minimum wall thickness .034/.034 inch; drop at comb 1 1/4 inches; drop at heel 1 3/4 inches; length of pull 14 1/2 inches. With factory takedown case, four extra choke tubes, two snap caps and extra recoil pad.

Excellent. 98% original blue finish remains on the barrels with some small surface scratches and nicks. The wood is also excellent with crisp checkering and small dings throughout. Mechanically excellent. Case is very good with storage marks.
