Safety and extractor marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" respectively and without a hold open. Visible numbers on pistol match. Straw finished small parts, checkered walnut grips and nickel plated magazine with "GERMANY" marked wood base.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The pistol retains 95% original blue finish showing some thinning to a brown with some light spotting. The small parts retain 30% original straw color. There is a long pressure mark on the right panel; otherwise, the grips are very fine with a few minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Very fine original examples of Model 1908 Commercials like this one are highly underrated!
