Manufactured in October or November of 1944. Blade front and adjustable peep rear sights, with locking bar and "BATTLE RANGE" elevation drum. Springfield "3-S A 8 44" barrel, and a Springfield bolt, trigger housing, safety, hammer, and operating rod. Smooth pistol grip stock, with a serifed "P" on the pistol grip, "S.A./GAW" and "crossed cannons" stamps on the left side, and a checkered buttplate.

Very fine, with 90% of the arsenal parkerized finish, showing mild wear and handling marks overall. The reoiled stock is also very fine, with light scuffs and dents. Mechanically excellent.
