This is a 95 inch long oversized demonstration model of the 1918A2 Browning Automatic Rifle. Used in classroom settings, the model demonstrates the internal parts of the rifle, including the open bolt operation. The cutaway sections are highlighted in red paint. Mounted on a gray painted wood base marked "WORKING MODEL BROWNING/AUTOMATIC RIFLE/CAL. 30 M-1918 A2" with both manufacturer and National Guard Bureau identification plaques. Includes cutaway magazine, four plastic dummy rounds, and matching scale blueprint in a hinged wood frame.

Fine. 80% brown and black painted finish remains with scuffs and dings and some old masking tape on the butt. The base is also fine with most of the original gray paint finish and clearly legible plaques. Blue print is also fine with some visible tears.
