Manufactured in 1948 and subsequently custom embellished. Standard fixed blade and notch sights, one-line Hartford address on the left side of the slide, caliber and Rampant Colt marking on the right, serrated slide catch, checkered magazine release and thumb safety, checkered narrow hammer, and serrated arched mainspring housing. Features full coverage vine and scroll engraving on a punch don’t background and smooth pearl grips.

Fine as professionally embellished. 95% of the silver plated finish remains with an overall darkened patina, small scratches, some flaking, and oxidation on the grip frame. The grips are fine with some small scratches and chips. Mechanically excellent.
